Death of 8 Covid patients in Delhi due to shortage of oxygen exposes apathy of AAP & BJP govts: Amarnath Panjikar

Panaji, May 1 (UNI) Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) General Secretary Amarnath Panjikar on Saturday alleged that the most unfortunate death of eight Covid patients due to shortage of oxygen at Batra Hospital in New Delhi had once again exposed the apathy of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and BJP Governments.
In a statement, he said,''People are dying due to gross mismanagement of AAP & BJP Governments. It is once again clear that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Aatmanirbhar Bharat" and " Make in India" were Jumalas which have now pushed the nation into Covid death trap. Innocent people are dying due to non-availability of medical oxygen. This is dusgusting.''
''Todays unfortunate incident at Delhi Hospital has proved that both AAP & BJP are responsible for murder of eight innocent lives. They have no moral right to continue in power even for a second. It is the duty of the government to provide basic fundamental "Right to Life" to the citizens. The chaos in Delhi as well as other parts of the nation has brought to the fore that BJP and AAP did not take any preventive actions to minimise the effect of second wave of Covid,'' he said.
