CPI slams BJP for trying to destabilize Cong govt

Puducherry,July 15(UNI)The Puducherry unit of the Communist Party of India (CPI) on Wednesday condemned the central government for making efforts to destabilize the congress government here by placing obstacles administratively and politically through the Lt.Governor who acts as the stooge of the BJP Government.
In a statement,CPI state secretary Saleem charged that the Lt. Governor is busy in implementing the central Govt ‘s agenda through the IAS Officials without the consent of the elected Government.
Puducherry is becoming a laboratory to experiment the anti people policies of the center which is evident from the fact such as enhancing the shift working of Industries from 8 hours to 12 hours against the interests of the workers and spearheading the privatisation of electricity,he said.
