Conman arrested for impersonating as medic in South 24 Parganas

Kolkata, June 21 (UNI) A conman using a registered number of a medical practitioner was arrested on Tuesday after the local people suspected his real identity and challenged his professional integrity in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas, official sources said.
The conman, identified as Ashoke Mondal, was using the registered number of a medic for the past three years at Rajpur-Sonarpur block under the Narendrapur police station, was
caught after the local people gheraoed his chamber and demanded his identity proof following an altercation with a patient.
