Chief Whip takes exception to Naidu’s remarks against police

Amaravati, Nov 20 (UNI) Chief Whip of government of Andhra Pradesh G Srikanth Reddy here on Wednesday took exception to the remarks made by Leader of the Opposition(LoP) N Chandrababu Naidu against the police.
Talking to media, he said that the former Chief Minister's remarks would demoralise the police and asked him to restrain himself from making such comments. The YSRCP government was neutral in its governance and would not hesitate to take action against those committing an offence whether it would be from the ruling party or the opposition party.
The Chief Whip further said Mr Naidu had weakened the police force in the state and made it ineffective and was now making allegations against the police for being straight-forward.
