Chhattisgarh govt to launch new health scheme by incorporating Ayushman Yojana

Raipur, Nov 15 (UNI) Chhattisgarh Government has decided to launch a new health scheme in Chhattisgarh by incorporating Modi Government’s ambitious ‘Ayushman Yojana’ and several other ongoing schemes of Centre and state government.
Talking to the reporters after cabinet meeting here on Friday, Health Minister TS Singhdeo said that proposed new healthcare scheme to be named after Dr Khubchand Baghel will incorporate all ongoing health schemes in the state, Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Mukhya Mantri Swasthya Bima Yojana, Sanjivani Sahayata Kosh, Mukhya Mantri Bal Hriday Suraksha Yojana, Mukhya Mantri Shravan Yojana and National Child Health Programme (Chirayu).
Families who are covered under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana along with all priority and Antyoday Ration Card holders will get health facility worth up to Rs 5 lakh while other ration card holders will get treatment facility worth upto Rs 50,000 in the new health scheme.
