Chandigarh admin imposes one-day lockdown for April 21

Chandigarh, Apr 20 (UNI) UT Administrator V P Singh Badnore on Tuesday gave its approval to impose a one-day lockdown in the city on Wednesday, April 21.
The decision was taken in a high-level meeting chaired by the Administrator.
Notably, the Punjab government, in a bid to restrict large gatherings during the Ram Navami festival, had on Tuesday decided to observe a complete lockdown in Mohali on April 21. The district will also be under a lockdown on Sunday.
