Directed by Anindya Chatterjee and presented by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy, 'Projapoti Biskut' is a film revolves around the custom of keeping Kartick idols in front of houses where married couples lives.
Projapoti in Bengali symbolizes love, marriage and togetherness and 'biskut' has the crispness, so these combine my story.

The film is produced by Windows and Ganpati Production.
“This is our fifteenth year in the film industry and this is our maiden venture in film production where we are not making the film.
However we believe in Anindya’ style of film making and hence we are assured that people will love it as much as our last film Posto” said Shiboprosad Mukherjee.
Aditya Sengupta who is making her debut with this film has the hope of becoming a director.
“I wanted to work in this film because I wanted to get the idea of making a film and also gather valuable experiences which will help me to learn.
