Srinagar, Dec 11 (UNI) Barring north Kashmir’s Hajin, life returned to normal on Tuesday in the valley after remaining crippled due to a day-long strike called by separatists to highlight the alleged human rights violation in Kashmir.
A police official told UNI that security forces, deployed across the valley on Monday to prevent protests, were withdrawn.
Shops and business establishments reopened and traffic on all routes was plying normally in summer capital, Srinagar, and other major towns and tehsil headquarters in the valley.
