Srinagar, Sep 15 (UNI) The authorities will initiate strict action against rumour mongers in Kashmir valley, where a communication gag, including suspension of mobile phones and internet services, continued since Article 370 and Article 35 A were scrapped on August 5.
Meanwhile, life remained crippled for the 42nd day on Sunday in Kashmir valley, where people are protesting against scrapping of the special status of J&K, besides bifurcation of the state into two Union Territories on August 5.
