Armed forces judicial officers training at Chandigarh Judicial academy

Chandigarh, Apr 3 (UNI) The first-ever Orientation Programme for the officers of Judge Advocate General (JAG) Department of the Armed Forces, organised at Chandigarh Judicial Academy here, concluded on Wednesday.
The 21-day programme, which started on March 14, was attended by 25 Army and three Naval JAG Officers, including 10 women Army Officers.
The course was intended to provide a window to the Constitutional Courts, Armed Forces Tribunal as well as to Civil and Criminal Courts, to further sensitise young Armed Forces officers to the best practices, which are being followed in different Courts.
