80 percent rehabilitation works completed in Cyclone hit Karaikal region: Minister

Puducherry, Nov 19 (UNI) Puducherry PWD Minister A Namasivayam on Monday said that 80 percent rehabilitation works were completed in the Gaja cyclone ravaged Karaikal region in this Union Territory.

Talking to news persons here, Mr Namasivayam said due to taking adequate measures, Puducherry was not affected by the Cyclone and some minor problems occurred as a result were set right.
