3 gang members who robbed realtor of Rs 1 cr held: Mohali SSP

SAS Nagar, June 13 (UNI) SAS Nagar Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Vivek Sheel Soni on Monday informed that three members of a gang, who robbed a property dealer of Rs 1 crore at gun point and also injured a person, were arrested and recovered Rs 68 lakh from them.
The SSP said that on June 10, property dealer Harjit Nagpal was robbed of Rs 1 crore at gun point. One person was also injured in this incident. Consequently, an FIR under sections 307,397,120-B IPC and 25 Arms Act was registered at Dera Bassi police station and various police teams were deputed to trace the robbery case.
He said three gang members, identified as Ranjodh Singh (33) of village Jhandian Kallan (Ferozpur), presently residing at Flat No 700, Block D-6 Penta Homes, Zirakpur, Maninderjit Singh (25) of village Badala Johal (Amritsar) and Saurav Sharma (22) of Ward No 13 Vishnu Nagar, Gohana, were arrested.
