250 cases of corona reported during last few days in Ambala dist

Ambala, Apr 22 (UNI) The surge in Covid cases continued in the Ambala district. Every day 250 cases of corona positive are reported for the last few days. Health Department has made all arrangements to meet the challenge from the increasing corona.
The Chief Medical Officer Dr Kuldip Singh said that that people need not afraid of the surge in the Covid.
He said the people should opt for vaccination in maximum number. He disclosed that 2.70 lakh people in the age group of 25- 45 had been vaccinated. He said that it was observed children were found infected in large number. He said that parents should be careful in looking after their children. However, he said that the department was well prepared to cope with the situation. He said that there were 55,000 active cases and about 2100 cases were in Haryana. He however, disclosed that the new cases reported in the hospitals were in the age group of 25-40 years.
