17 new cases detected in Arunachal

Itanagar, Oct 20 (UNI) In Arunachal Pradesh 17 more persons have tested positive for COVID-19 during the past 24 hours, taking the mountainous state’s tally of confirmed cases to 55,031, a senior health official said.
Five of the new virus cases were reported from Shi-Yomi district, four from West Kameng and three from Itanagar Capital Complex. Seven of them were found to be asymptomatic and 10 symptomatic.
On the other hand, as many as 17 patients have also recuperated from the viral infection in the period that increased the total number of recovered cases to 54,606.
