Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 11 (UNI) Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala on Tuesday said 'the nation wants Wayanad Lok Sabha member Rahul Gandhi as party PresIdent and its a clarion call not only from the rank and file of the party but also from all secular minded, liberal, peace loving citizens of this great nation.
It's time to capture their imagination," the leader of the opposition said in a letter to Mr Gandhi.
"We are going through an unprecedented crisis and Madam Sonia Gandhi has been struggling, despite her health care issues, to rudder this boat through these tempestuous times.
