Telangana Governor extends birthday greetings to PM Modi

Hyderabad, Sept 17 (UNI) Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Thursday extended birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on behalf of the people of Telangana and on his own behalf.
