SEBA hubs to be established to create new opportunities for development in Southern Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Sep 21 (UNI) Odisha will establish "SEBA Hubs" Centres for Expertise and Enablers for Rural Transformation to create new opportunities for development in southern Odisha by integrating community participation, technology, innovation and technical expertise. The centres would identify local needs, coordinate among different departments and partners, facilitate access to capacity building, technology and financial resources, and support the scaling up of successful initiatives.
