Colombo, June 26 (UNI) A high-level US delegation from the Treasury and State Department on Sunday reached the island nation to explore ways to support the people of the crisis-hit nation.
According to Sri Lanka's Daily Mirror, they will be in the island nation for a three-day official visit.
During their meetings, the delegation will explore the most effective ways for the US to support the country in need, Sri Lankans working to resolve the current economic crisis, and Sri Lankans planning for a sustainable and inclusive economy for the future, the US embassy in Colombo said on Saturday in a statement.
