Turkish President Erdogan to visit Bangladesh early 2021 to join D-8 summit

Dhaka, Sept 18 Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed on Friday that he would be visiting Dhaka early next year to join the D-8 summit after Bangladesh Foreign Minister Dr A K Abdul Momen called on him in Ankara.
During the meeting, the Turkish president and Bangladesh foreign minister discussed various issues of mutual interest, including the D-8 summit, the Rohingya crisis and trade cooperation, a foreign ministry press release said on Friday.
