Placio launches smart housing unit for students at Greater Noida

New Delhi, May 10 (UNI) Noida-based student housing startup Placio has come up with a new housing complex to cater to the needs of students in Grater Noida (Delhi NCR)
The new unit 'Placio Student Housing' was unveiled on Thursday.
The newly student housing is located near IIMT College, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida and is available in three categories – Placio Dorm, Placio Prime and Placio Luxe with fully furnished shared rooms, private rooms and personal apartments.
Placio offers carefully curated places of living which are not only comfortable but also affordable for college going students, Placia founder and CEO Rohit Pateria said.
Placio property at Greater Noida contains modern infrastructure facilities of boarding and lodging including food, 24x7 emergency line , security, parents help-line, air-conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, laundry services, Café, Gym, besides provisions for health and fitness.
“We are very happy about the expansion of Placio in Greater Noida. Greater Noida is one of the prominent education centers in Delhi NCR and Placio will be a one-stop solution for the outstation students who are in search of accommodation and other related facilities.” Rohit Pateria (Founder & CEO).
Co –founder Ankush Arora further added that with use of technology in every aspect of service delivery, Placio is bringing in whole new experience in Student Housing.
On its digital platform, the student can also create one’s profile and upload identity card and Aadhaar card for verification.
The company is working on a mobile application which would integrate the CRM to facilitate the student to lodge complaint regarding any services/maintenance, interact with customer care executive, and share any other feedback.
