Bengaluru, Oct 23 (UNI) Global real estate consulting firm CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd on Tuesday announced the finding of its report ‘Powserhouse Kanataka- The Harbinger of India’s Economic Revolution’.
Seven cities in the state have been identified as ‘smart cities’ under central government’s mission including Belagavi, Hubli-Dharwad, Mangaluru, Shivamogga, Davanagere, Tumakuru and Bngaluru.
The report said over 130 of these projects are planned in Belagavi, Mangaluru and Tumakuru with a cost so less than 100 crore per project.
