New Delhi, Mar 8 (UNI) The Lok Sabha proceedings were adjourned for the day on Monday after the Opposition created a ruckus over the issue of the fuel price hike in the country.
Soon after the House reassembled at 1900 hrs after the second adjournment, Opposition Members raised slogans against the rising fuel prices and entered the Well of the House.
Rama Devi, who was in the Chair in the Lok Sabha, urged the Members to return to their seats. The discussion on women empowerment started under Rule 193.
