Hyderabad, Feb 6 (UNI) The Telangana government has suffered another setback in the farm house case as the Division Bench of the High Court upheld the judgment given by the single bench judge transferring the investigation of MLAs purchase case to CBI.
The court rejected the appeals filed by the government and BRS MLA Rohit Reddy asking that the case not be handed over to the CBI.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice N Thukaramji opined that the judgment of the single judge cannot be faulted and there is no need to interfere in it.
