Dhaka, Jun 17 (UNI) Secretary General of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said Khaleda Zia was "extremely ill" and was undergoing treatment at Arvarcare Hospital in Dhaka city.
The party's secretary general informed this at a function on Thursday afternoon highlighting the latest physical condition of the BNP chairperson and three time successful prime minister of Bangladesh.
Mirza fakhrul said, "You know, she (Khaleda Zia) was brought to the hospital after she died," he said. By the grace of God, she has overcome COVID. But not getting treatment for 4 years, she has contracted many diseases while in imprisonment. ”
