YSRCP-led govt divided farmers on caste lines: TDP

Vijayawada, Oct 15 (UNI) Telugu Desam party national general secretary and MLC Nara Lokesh alleged that the YSRCP-led government had divided the farming community on 'caste lines' by excluding the farmers belong to “Other Castes” from the ‘YSR Rythu Bharosa-PM Kisan” scheme, which was launched by Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday.
Mr.Nara Lokesh, the son of former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in a statement here on Tuesday, slammed that the YSRCP led government had evinced partiality by excluding the farmers, belong to the ‘upper castes’ from the “YSR Rythu Bharosa” scheme.
“The farmers, belong to the ‘upper castes’ were meted out injustice by excluding them from the scheme”, Mr.Lokesh lashed out.
