Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Apr 15 2016 5:48PM Youth sentenced to LI in murder caseCoimbatore, Apr 15(UNI): A 21-year-old youth, hailing from Bihar was convicted and sentenced life imprisonment by the Coimbatore Bomb Blast Special Court for murdering a 43-year-old man, by using sickle for a heated argument over money dealings at Ganapath here on January six, last year. According to prosecution the accused Durgeshkumar, arrived at the city in 2006 and was working in a flour mill in the city. He resided at his colleague Jyothi's residence as a paying guest. However, the 38-year-old Jyoti resigned her job and switched over to another mill at Anaikkatti about 40 kms from here. On January 6, 2006, Jyothi's husband Krishnamurthy needed money to pay college fees for his son Prabhu. The 43-year-old Krishnamurthy asked Durgesh to settle his due amount Rs,10,000. This resulted in a heated argument between the duo and the enraged guest in a fist of temper during the quarrel eliminated Mr Krishnamurthy and threw his body in a in a drainage.
