Women play huge role in bringing about social change: LS Speaker

New Delhi, May 21 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said on Thursday that women have extraordinary resilience and inner strength and they have a huge role in bringing about social change.
Addressing the Annual Session of FICCI Ladies Organisation (FICCI-FLO) via video conference from his residence, Mr Birla said, ''Women have extraordinary resilience and inner strength and their dedication and sincerity to the well being of their family and to the nation is immense''.
''Women have a huge role in bringing about social change,'' he maintained.
