Will move court to get Kejriwal disqualified for appointing MLAs on officer of profit: Sirsa

New Delhi, Jan 21 (UNI) Delhi MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Sunday announced to move court to get Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal disqualified for appointing the MLAs to the office of profit which led to their disqualification.

In a statement here on Sunday, Mr Sirsa said that it is always a rule that whoever clears the file on any decision making process he/she is held accountable for any lapse in the matter and is punished accordingly. He said that in this case appointing authority is Mr Kejriwal who has appointed these MLAs to the office of profit so he should be held accountable and disqualified along with others.
