Vital for corporates to patent their business trademarks: Expert

Kolkata, Dec 7 (UNI) It is vital for corporates to patent their business trademarks which play a vital role all around the world, an Intellectual property expert said here on Wednesday.
"It is very important for the corporators to patent their business trademarks as it might not be important in India but it plays a valuable role all around the world," Safir Anand Senior Partner and Head of Department (Trademarks, Contractual and Commercial IP) from Anand and Anand said at an interactive session organised by the
Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on how to create or destroy business value through IP.
