VHP equates killings of Hindus in Bangladesh as "Jihadist genocide"; Urges UNO to intervene

New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) on Tuesday condemned the killings of people from the Hindu community in Bangladesh and urged the United Nations Organization (UNO) to send a Peace Keeping Force to stop the "Jihadist genocide" of the indigenous Hindus.
"The atrocities being committed by the radical Islamic Jihadists and fundamentalists on Hindus can only be compared with the brutality of the Nazis" said the VHP's Central Joint General Secretary, Dr Surendra Jain, while addressing a press conference here.
VHP's reaction came after six people were killed and hundreds were injured in a communal violence in Bangladesh during Durga Puja last week.
