Vadra slams remarks by BJP leaders against Priyanka, Mayawati

New Delhi, Mar 19 (UNI) Slamming the remarks by BJP leaders against his wife Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and BSP leader Mayawati, brother-in-law of Congress president Rahul Gandhi, Robert Vadra, on Tuesday said that the "misogynist" remarks and thought process needed to be decimated and changed forever.

In a post on social media, Robert Vadra, terming the remarks by the BJP leader as disgraceful, said that people of the country should act and "revolt for the better and equal future for the women of our country".

"Disgraceful remarks by the BJP ministers against women of our country ... Get up people of India, act n revolt for the better and equal future for the women of our country. These misogynist remarks n thought process need to be decimated n changed forever,’’Vadra said in a tweet.

He posted on his social media the account report of Culture Minister Mahesh Sharma calling his wife Priyanka Gandhi Vadra as “Pappu’s Pappi” and also the comment of the BJP MLA Surendra Narayan Singh who said BSP chief Mayawati "does facial every day and colours her hair".
