UP needs government like one led by Kalyan Singh:Amit Shah

Etawah ,Oct 27 (UNI) Advocating the importance of effective governance, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) president Amit Shah today said Uttar Pradesh needs a government like the one led by Kalyan Singh, where the criminals were either hounded out of the state or were sent to the jail.
“Lawlessness is at its peak in UP. Criminals are roaming free because they are enjoying patronage from the ruling party. The state needs a Chief Minister like Kalyan Singh who in his two-years of governance made UP crime free state,” Mr Shah said while addressing the Sankalp Maharally here today.
He said it is only the BJP party which can give administration free from corruption. "Look around yourself peace prevails in all BJP ruled states. All the villages in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh and Haryana are getting 24X7 electricity. Pace of development is high and crime rate is low.Position in Uttar Pradesh is just opposite to what you see in BJP-ruled states. This is because we are committed to the welfare of people while the parties like Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) are more into looting public money through various means,” Mr Shah said.
