UP DGP's order withdrawal of four Inspectors in circle police station

Lucknow, July 16 (UNI) The move of the Uttar Pradesh director general of police (DGP), OP Singh, to deploy four inspectors in all circle police stations of the State in order to improve the law and order seems to have failed to give any positive response and thus the order has been withdrawn.
However, to avoid embarrassment, the top boss of the UP police tried to play safe claiming that the step was not withdrawn but some changes have been made.
"No, the decision of posting four inspector-rank officers at the 414 circle police stations of the state with senior most designated as station house officers (SHOs) has not been withdrawn", claimed DIG (law and order), Praveen Singh, while briefing the media persons here on Monday.
