New Delhi, Jul 9 (UNI) The visiting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Tuesday and discussed matters on further improving economic and cultural relations.
"Had a great meeting with UAE’s Foreign Minister, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan," Mr Modi tweeted.
Both the leaders spoke "at length" about further improving economic and cultural relations between India and UAE.
On a three-day visit to India, the visiting dignitary met External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar here on Monday.
Both sides have discussed at length bilateral issues related to trade and investment, defence and security, energy security, counter-terrorism and people to people contacts, MEA spokesman Raveesh Kumar said.
Both Dr Jaishankar and the UAE Minister also shared perspectives on the regional situation, he has said.
