Two woman census officials attacked in Kerala district

Kollam, Jan 22 (UNI) Two woman census officials were attacked in this district which is witnessing relentless protests over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Population Register (NPR).
The injured, who were identified as Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) worker Maheshwari and another an Anganwadi worker, have been admitted at Taluk Hospital in Kadakkal on Tuesday, sources said.
The two were attacked when they visited the house of Mr Sainudeen at Chitara near Irukkuzhi for the enumeration purpose.
