Bengaluru, Apr 6 (UNI) With 12 fresh COVID-19 cases surfacing since last evening, the total number of confirmed cases in Karnataka has increased to 163, which includes 4 deaths and 18 discharged.

According to official sources, while as many as seven fresh cases of COVID-19 were reported from Mysuru, three came up in Bengaluru and two other cases were reported from Bagalkot districts.
A woman, who hails from Kerala, had returned to Bengaluru after a travel from Germany, had been isolated in a designated hospital in the city.
Among the seven fresh cases detected from Mysuru, three of them had recently returned from Delhi.
