Truck driver killed in collision between two vehicles in Dumka

Dumka, Dec 1 (UNI) In a collision between a container and a heavy truck at Sahjana village on the Dumka-Bhagalpur main road under Ramgarh Police Station area of this district a truck driver was killed today.
Police sources said that the container was going to Bhagalpur from Dumka while the truck was coming from Hansdiha to Dumka. The drivers of both the vehicles it appears lost control ending up in a head on collision after which both the vehicle overturned at the road killing the truck driver on the spot.
Post the incident traffic movement on the Dumka-Bhagalpur road was hit for several hours. Later police took out the body from accident spot and sent it for post-mortem. The identity of the victim is yet to be ascertained.
