TRS-led Telangana govt fails to control spread virus : Cong

Hyderabad, May 17 (UNI) Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President and Nalgonda MP N.Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday alleged that the TRS-led Telangana government did not take sufficient steps to control the spread of the virus in the state.
Hundreds of people were dying due to the failure of the government in extending adequate numbers of ambulances to take the patients to the hospitals in the state, Uttam alleged while addressing the representatives from rural local bodies virtually.
While other states have taken steps to provide free treatment to Covid-19 patients, the Telangana government did not take any sufficient steps to control the spread of the virus, he also alleged.
