Additional Sessions judge of Bankshall Court justice Sanchita Sarkar ordered the death sentence to Amin Ali, Ansar Ali and Saiful Ali and life term to Sk Emanul Islam, Bhola Naskar and Aminur Islam Bhola Nashkar.
