Tata Global Beverages sells 1.04 percent stake in Titan Co

Mumbai, Mar 22 (UNI) Tata Global Beverages, leading manufacturer and distributor of tea, said that company has sold 9,248,060 equity shares of Rs 1 each held in Titan Company (TCL) the share constitued 1.04 percent of the paid up equity capital of TCL as a market transaction.
Reacting to the news Shares of Tata Global Beverages gained Rs 1.88, or 1.55 percent, to trade at Rs 121.50.
It recorded the day high of 123.15 and low of 120.70 so far during the intraday trade
