Taliban Deputy PM meets members of Afghan Hindu-Sikh community in Kabul

Kabul, Dec 23 (UNI) The Taliban Deputy Prime Minister Mawllawi Abdul Kabir on Thursday met with representatives of the Afghan Sikh and Hindu community in Kabul and said the Taliban government's policy is to provide safety and security for all Afghanistan residents, including minorities.
In the meeting, that was also attended by Afghan Sikh MP Narinder Singh Khalsa, the Deputy Prime Minister said that Afghanistan is the common home of all Afghans and all ethnic groups have the right to live in security and contribute to the country.
Tolo News, in a tweet on the meeting, said: “Third Deputy Prime Minister Mawllawi Abdul Kabir met with representatives of the Afghan Sikh and Hindu community and called Afghanistan a "shared home," saying all ethnic groups have the right to live in security and play their role in developing Afghanistan.”
