New Delhi, Apr 15 (UNI) The Wholesale Price Index (WPI) based inflation increased marginally to 0.53 per cent for the month of March 2024 over same month last year, as per provisional per data released by the Government, primarily due to increase in prices of food articles, electricity, crude petroleum & natural gas, machinery & equipment and other manufacturing etc.

New Delhi, Apr 3 (UNI) The government on Wednesday termed the reports of a significant rise in the prices of medicines by up to 12 percent as false, misleading, and malicious and said there will be “almost” no change in the ceiling of prices for medicines based on inflation.
