Chandigarh, April 10 (UNI) Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Shimla Police arrested five people, including a Punjab Police constable, a son of former Shiromani Akali Dal Punjab cabinet minister and a woman, with drugs from a hotel room in Shimla.
