T'puram city corp to be honoured in Malaysia

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 13 (UNI) The Thiruvananthapuram City Corporation would be honoured at this year's International Zero Waste Cities Conference at Penang in Malaysia on October 14.
City Corporation Health Standing Committee chairman K Sreekumar would represent the corporation at Penang to receive the honour.
Local government officials and NGOs in Asia were meeting in a two-day international conference in Penang to showcase solutions and discuss policies that would help bring an end to plastic pollution.
