Swaraj Abhiyan mulling to form political outfit for Punjab Assy polls

New Delhi, Jan 19 (UNI) Swaraj Abhiyan, an outfit formed by former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan, is all set to support an independent candidate in the upcoming by-election of Punjab and the two leaders are seriously considering forming a political party to contest the upcoming Assembly polls in that state.
Talking to UNI, Anupam, Spokesperson of Swaraj Abhiyan, said deliberations are on to constitute a political party and if consensus is made, candidates will be fielded in the Assembly polls of Punjab.
The Spokesperson said Swaraj Abhiyan will support Bhai Baljeet Singh in the upcoming Khadoor Sahib bypoll, which is scheduled for February 13.
