Mumbai, Dec 21 (UNI) Noted artist Minakshi Patil's exhibition of paintings, titled ‘Light Within’, was inaugurated here on Tuesday, in the presence of Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Subhash Desai.
Speaking on the occasion, Desai said, “Minakshi Patil is multi talented and this show actually showcases her talent in putting it in canvas. Common people like me, are in awe of such paintings which give happiness to us all. The thought process of Minakshi is different and deep. The inspiration she got has been put on paper. Sky and earth has been put on canvas and it is a challenge."
Patil is a multi-faceted personality, an artist, poet-writer, documentary filmmaker and Government officer - secretary of Maharashtra State Board of Literature and Culture.
