Seoul looking into power abuse by S Korean ambassador to China

Seoul, Mar 28 (UNI) The South Korean Foreign Ministry is investigating an alleged power abuse by South Korean Ambassador to China Chung Jae-ho against a diplomatic staff member and will take "strict" measures if misconduct is established, the Yonhap news agency reported on Thursday, citing diplomatic sources familiar with the matter.

"The foreign ministry takes strict measures in the event of misconduct, including power abuse, by its employees, based on a fair investigation," an unnamed foreign ministry official was quoted as saying by the news agency.
