Mumbai, Nov 23 (UNI) The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) moved up by 31 points to 33,593.46 on Thursday in opening trade as buying was seen in Materials, Energy, Health Care and
Utilities.
The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too rose by 13 points to 10,356.05.
The sectoral indices that increased including Materials, Energy, Health Care and Utilities stocks.
The sensex registered intra day high and low at 33,616.74 and 33,522.07 respectively.
The Nifty recorded intra day high and low at 10,366.95 and 10,331.30.
The gainers were Infosys by 1.42 pc to Rs 980, Sun Pharma by 1.36 pc to Rs 542.50, Bharti Airtel by 0.96 pc to Rs 503.50 and ITC by 0.68 pc to Rs 259.85.
The losers were Dr Reddy's Lab by 1.58 pc to Rs 2324, Adani Ports by 1.12 pc to Rs 409.65 and Kotak Bank by 0.73 pc to Rs 1018.25.
