New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) The Supreme Court today allowed marine Sergeant Salvatore Girone to stay in Italy till disposal of both marines plea in arbitration court. As per the prosecution, the two Italian marines -- ,Massimiliano Latorre and Girone -- had allegedly killed two fishermen off the Kerala coast on 15th February, 2012, mistaking them to be pirates. In its order, the Apex Court said that till the disposal of both the marines plea in arbitration court, Sergeant Salvatore Girone will stay in Italy A three-judge bench of Justices Anil R Dave, Kurian Joseph and Amitava Roy passed the order, saying that the Union of India was directed to file a report to it each in three months interval regarding the status of proceedings in the arbitration court.
