Sarpanches, panch suspended for contesting polls on fake educational certificates

Chandigarh, Sep 5 (UNI) Haryana government has suspended, with immediate effect, sarpanches and a panch of four gram panchayats in Fatehabad district for allegedly contesting elections on the basis
of fake educational qualification certificates.
Stating this here today, an official spokesperson said the action was taken on the basis of complaint received by the Fatehabad district administration.
